We Put People First, Followed by Processes

This is the meeting place where hope resides—here, there are no cherished outcomes—only love, acceptance, grace, and support for where you are on your journey.

We create a personalized approach not based on directives, formulas, and protocols, but based on information-gathering, functional testing, and precision medicine to help you make informed decisions for your benefit. We listen to your story, and we create a detailed account of where you’ve been, where you are, and where you hope to be to put together an individualized custom care plan for the human being you are and the lived experience you’ve had.

Get to Know Your Ethereal Health Team

It’s an honor to share this space with you, and we see this as a work of heart. Our role as practitioners is to create a relationship with our patients, where we share information so they can make the best decisions for their health journey. This is elevated and expansive healthcare.

Alina Kendrick

(SHE/HER) Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, DNP, PMHNP-BC, RN, Licensed in OR & CO

I want to be the voice of hope for a nurturing health experience that helps patients live a lighter, fuller, and uplifted life. Everyone deserves to feel liberated, free, and whole, and having a private practice allows me the space and flexibility to go beyond the surface and dive deeper. Good care means listening to someone’s story, letting them know they are seen, heard, and held in their experiences. As a mixed-race woman of color, an 11-year Air Force veteran, and with 20+ years of experience and training in navigating the social and emotional health landscape, it’s time for healthcare to be more integrative and inclusive.

(she/her), Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP, Licensed in OR

I believe meaningful care is founded on getting to know who someone is at their core and what led them here. In this practice, I create a safe and affirming space for patients to feel seen, heard, and validated, knowing they no longer have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I am committed to compassionate service and getting to know each patient on an individual level so we can create a personalized and holistic approach to wellness. This work is about empathetic, trauma-sensitive, and evidence-based care that strengthens and empowers those we work with.

How We Got Our Start

We saw what wasn’t working in mainstream medicine, and we came together and pivoted toward a more human approach, encouraging patients to design their own path to wellness. We call ourselves Ethereal because our voice carries and cares for you on this journey.

We are your North Star, always guiding you and reminding you that someone is looking out for you, watching over you, and ensuring that our practice has your best interests at heart.  We see ourselves as a positive presence, sitting and weeping with you in the darkness and reminding you that light exists, and it’s that light that will help you meet a higher version of yourself who will rise above all of the chaos and the doubt and let you start anew.
